Core Values

Compassion:

I see the best in people, and we act with empathy. Compassion is the bridge that connects us to others. When I extend myself with compassion, it creates a space for understanding and connection. I know that when we come together as one, there’s nothing we can’t do. Compassion doesn’t mean weakness. Compassion is strong--it's what allows me to be vulnerable and open up to others. It takes courage to show my authentic self and vulnerably connect with others.

 Integrity:

I always act with our values in mind. From the way we treat each other, to the way I interact with customers and partners, to the products and services I create, my integrity is at the core of everything we do. My actions are transparent and honest--even when they're inconvenient. I take responsibility for My mistakes and take care not to make them again. Integrity doesn’t mean following someone else's playbook. It means doing what you believe is right, even when it's hard.

Ownership:

I take personal responsibility for our actions and the feedback I give. Ownership means being accountable for my own results. I don’t blame others, make excuses, or pass the buck. I take ownership of my words and actions, both positive and negative, and we commit to giving and receiving feedback constructively.
